Rare Vintage Mattel Liddle Kiddles FRITZI FROSTY Skediddle Kiddle Doll, Outfit, Hat, and Ice Cream Cart/Wagon. Fritzi Frosty is a hard-to-find Mattel Skediddle Kiddle from 1969. She is in very good condition. Fritzi is very pretty with blonde flipped-up hair and blue eyes. She has very good face paint -blushy cheeks, nice lip color. Fritzi Frosty is wearing her original outfit, and it is in very good condition. The polka-dotted top has its working button and loop closure in back. The shorts are a little stretched out at the waist. She also has her polka-dotted hat (an often missing item). The hat does not have the "ice cream" sticker on it.

She has white painted-on socks/shoes -scuffed in some areas. Fritzi's ice cream cart/wagon is in very good condition with both pedals present.
